The vision for this day was inspired by the beautiful relationship between Naomi and Ruth in scripture. Ruth told her Mother-in-law, “wherever you go, I will go”. And Ruth was blessed because of the wisdom she received from Naomi, her Boaz found her. The day has been curated to bridge the gap between the generations of women. Our Naomis are our 55 and up ladies, and our Ruths are under 55! We will laugh together and we will learn and receive together! 

 

You can expect Continental Breakfast beginning at 9:15 am, Naomi vs. Ruth FUN, a panel discussion featuring 20-something year olds to 80-something year olds, facilitated by our very own Co-Overseer, Pastor D, Co-Pastor J, and Sister Xani Guidry, and we will conclude with a beautiful feet washing ceremony where the Ruths will wash the feet of the Naomis, if that is your desire. Wear a beautiful Kaftan (aka a Moo Moo) or your WHYWOE paraphernalia!
