21 Day Fasting Schedule
During this fasting period, we encourage you to use the Bible and other resources to empower your Mind, Body and Spirit! The progressive plan is as follows:
WEEK ONE | January 3 - 9
No food until 4pm daily
WEEK TWO | January 10 - 16
Veggies, Fruit, Grains, and Nuts only 24hrs/day
WEEK THREE | January 17 - 23
Liquids only - Water, Juices, Smoothies, Broths, Decaf Coffee
(avoid caffeine) 24hrs/day
NOTE:
If the liquid fast is not conducive to your health condition,
then continue at the veggie, fruit, grains & nuts phase
